Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (Australia)

• Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Pre-Orders / Launch Orders

During product launches or sales, processing times may extend by 1–2 days.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your address is correct when ordering. If an address is entered incorrectly, we are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Provherb is not liable for delays or lost parcels once they are with the courier. If an issue occurs, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number.

International Shipping (optional — delete if you’re not offering)

International shipping times vary between 7–21 business days depending on your location.

Customs fees/taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Due to Non-Collection

If a parcel is returned because it was not collected or the address was incorrect, reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
